Hotel Al Ain Policies
To help make your stay at Al Ain Rotana in Al Ain as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.
- Groups
When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 12 years old and over stay for AED 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
- Important Information
Cash payment or a credit card authorization will be needed upon check-in. Personal checks are not accepted and company checks are accepted only after the approval of our finance department. Debit cards can only be used upon arrival at the property. Please note that an additional deposit will be required upon check in to cover incidentals charges. As per the UAE rules and regulations, a valid original identity document such us Passport or National ID is a must to provide at check-in for each guest occupying each room. Please note that children of 6 years and below are free of charge for buffet breakfast. Children staying in existing beds up to 12 years are charged 50% of the adult rate for buffet breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
